- L&D expert with 5+ years of experience in Learning & development – strong project management /project management .
- Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office tools
- Strong executive presence, excellent communication and relationship development skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously
- Good written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen sense of responsibility, solid professional standards, excellent track record of dependability
- MBA ‘s from a reputed Institute are preferred .

Responsibilities Role & Responsibilities
- Identifying training and development needs within the Firm through job analysis.
- Designing and executing L&D projects: The incumbent would be expected to work across a range of skilling problem statement and projects. The incumbent would need to work with stakeholders within HR and business leaders. These would be bespoke talent and learning solutions and require extremely strong problem solving, stakeholder management and project management skills.
- Ensuring that the activities undertaken by the team are well within the budget as assessing the return on investment od any training program is essential.
- Developing effective induction program which could be followed up by a feedback.
- Producing and delivering the training modules built for in-house training.
- Ensuring the statutory training requirements are met by self-assessment and evaluation from the person’s manager.
- Amending the existing training and development programs according to the changing environment of the work place and evaluating the existing training and development program.
- Helping the line managers and trainer solve specific training problems, either on an one-on-one basis or in groups.
- Keeping up to date by reading the latest journals, attending domain specific workshops or meeting professionals from the same industry.
- Managing the LMS and tracking the training hours.
- Managing training logistics, MIS and reporting.
- To assess the development by feedback from the employees on training workshops.
- By assessing the development through receiving feedback from new hires regarding the induction process.
- By receiving evaluation from the managers regarding their employees on training and development workshops.
- Compliance to the Statutory trainings
